Payment Policies

  1. Full payment is required at the time of booking for online reservations.
  2. For walk-in guests, payment is due upon check-in.
  3. We accept all type of credit and debit cards, UPI, & cash.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. Cancellations made [minimum 7 days] or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made within [3 days] of the check-in date will be charged [percentage]10% of the total reservation cost.

Modification of Reservation

  1. Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  2. No refunds will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.

Child policies & Extra bed Policy

  1. Children of any age are welcome.
  2. Children 2 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.
  3. Prices for extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  4. The number of extra beds allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.
  5. There is no cots available for extra bed in the property.
  6. All extra beds are subject to availability.
